7-Day Refund Policy

We stand behind the Nexaris platform.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase date.

Refund Conditions:

Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Processing time: 5–10 business days
After 7 days, all purchases are final and non-refundable
